Bafe Modular Scheme SP203 - Part 1Constant Fire & Elecrical Ltd are proud to announce that we have received confirmation from ELECSA that we are now a registered company with BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) for SP203-1 Design, Installation, Commissioning/Handover and Maintenance.

BAFE is the independent third party registration body for the fire protection industry, developing modular schemes for United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited certification bodies to assess and approve companies to recognised standards.

SP203-1 is modular scheme pertaining specifically to Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, and the third party certification of those organisations involved in fire detection and fire alarm systems. The scheme recognises the importance of providing compliant systems while at the same time minimising false alarms.

For our customers and clients, as a BAFE registered company, we can offer reassurance that the fire detection and alarm system provided meets the appropriate high standards set out by BAFE from the initial design stage though to commissioning. We can also offer maintenance services under the BAFE scheme, assuring them that the system is kept in a full working condition.
