As a member of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC), Constant Fire & Electrical Ltd have an obligation to our customers to comply with the new EU requirements regarding the resolution of complaints.
Should a dispute regarding our Solar Photovoltaic service fail to be resolved through our own customer service efforts, the dispute can be escalated to RECC for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
ADR describes a range of processes that offer all parties an easier, quicker and more cost effective mechanism to resolve complaints when compared to the court process.
RECC are a certified ADR Provider dealing with disputes relating to the installation of small-scale domestic renewable systems such as the Solar PV systems available from Constant Fire and Electrical Ltd.
